Due to most Honduran lobster fishing occurring further off the coast (often in deeper water locations), most Honduran Lobsters are frozen at sea on large vessels using trap fishing.
Both Whole Frozen and Tails are frozen at sea, then quality checked, size graded and packed to master cartons after returning to port.
100% of all Honduran Lobsters sold by Wild Oceans are wild-caught.
