Products are processed and packed under Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
All plants are audited by local government agencies and independent auditors, meeting food safety standards such as:
- Safe Quality Food (SQF)
- SGS Food Safety Audits
- BRCGS Food Safety Standard
- Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)
Production facilities hold various accreditations including the European Union (EU) Food Production Register, General Administration of Customs (GACC), The South Korean MFDS list, Taiwan FDA registration and US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
Products are labelled with the production date, best before date, allergen and nutritional information. All products are labelled in accordance with the government requirements of the importing country.
